基于串行总线同步的氧化锌避雷器在线监测系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 金属氧化锌避雷器(MOA)在运行过程中长时间受工频高压和恶劣环境的影响,因此需要实时监测其运行状态。阻性电流是衡量MOA运行状态的重要监测参数,其测量需同步采集MOA电压和泄漏电流。目前普遍采用外部时钟源同步技术实现数据的同步采集,该同步方案结构复杂成本高。提出一种基于串行总线的避雷器数据同步采集方法,用来完成阻性电流的计算,监测装置通过串行总线实现各信号采集单元同步采样的触发和测量数据的传输。测试数据表明该方法同步采集的误差小,阻性电流测量精度高,可以满足MOA在线监测的要求。 Metal Oxide Arrester(MOA)has to withstand long time influence of high-voltage of power frequency and harsh environment during its operation.It is necessary to monitor MOA status in real time.Resistive current is the most important parameter to monitor the operation status of MOA,whose measurement requires synchronous acquisition of MOA voltage and leakage current.At present,in order to achieve synchronous data acquisition,we need external clock source synchronization technology whose scheme has complex structure and high cost.In this paper,a method of data synchronization acquisition for MOA based on serial bus is proposed,which is used to complete the calculation of resistive current.The monitoring device realizes the trigger of synchronous sampling of each signal acquisition unit and the transmission of measurement data through serial bus.The test data shows that this method has low error of synchronous acquisition,high measurement accuracy of resistive current and can meet the requirements of MOA online monitoring.
