石墨基柔性接地体电阻率及外部环境的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 金属接地材料在实际应用过程中,长期面临着容易发生腐蚀、偷盗以及人为破坏的问题。为此,在电力工程中已经逐步开始应用石墨材料作为接地系统的使用材料。通过对石墨蠕虫电阻值随膨化温度变化的情况进行研究,为工程上选取制备石墨蠕虫的膨化温度提供了依据。通过对铠装石墨带进行雷电流冲击试验和工频电流冲击试验,以试品直流电阻和接续电阻的变化情况为判断依据,证明了该接地材料具有实际应用性。通过研究冲刷试验对铠装石墨带造成的影响,提出了铠装石墨带应用于接地系统中常见问题的解决办法。 In practical application,metal grounding materials are prone to corrosion,theft and man-made damage.For this reason,graphite materials have been gradually used as materials for grounding systems in power engineering.This paper studies the change of graphite worm resistance value with the puffing temperature,providing a basis for engineering to select the puffing temperature for the preparation of graphite worms.The lightning current impulse test and power frequency current impulse test on the armored graphite strip were performed based on the change of the DC resistance and connection resistance of the test product,which proved that the grounding material has practical application.By studying the impact of scour test on armored graphite tape,a solution to the common problems in the application of armored graphite tape to grounding systems is proposed.
