高压支柱瓷绝缘子异常发热原因分析及预防措施 被引量:9

Analysis on the Abnormal Heating of High Voltage Post Insulator With Ceramic Material and Preventive Measures

摘要 针对某变电站35 kV主变闸刀支柱瓷绝缘子异常发热问题,通过分析加压模拟测温、直流泄漏电流检测、绝缘电阻测试和超声波检测试验的结果,初步认为支柱瓷绝缘子异常发热的原因是瓷绝缘子内部存在疏松或裂纹等结构缺陷。为此,对该瓷绝缘子进行了解剖检查和空隙性吸红试验,结果表明瓷绝缘子内部确实存在疏松(黄芯)、裂纹缺陷。最后,对该瓷绝缘子异常发热问题,提出了一系列预防措施以供借鉴和参考。 To clarify the cause of the abnormal heating on 35 kV high voltage post insulators of ceramic material,a series of tests including temperature measurement during high voltage simulation,leakage current detection,insulation resistance test and ultrasonic testing are done.Synthesizing these test results,a conclusion that internal structure flaws results in the abnormal heating fault problem can be given.To prove this,anatomic examination and fuchsin test are performed and the results indicate that loose flaws and crack flaws do exist inside the high voltage post insulator of ceramic material.At last,a series of preventive measure are proposed on this kind of problem.
