中美实验室危险废物管理规范的比较研究

A Comparison of Laboratory Hazardous Waste Management Standards Practiced in China and in the United States with Suggestions on Management Measures

阐述了中美两国对实验室危险废物的管理规范,比较分析了两国管理规范的异同点。提出了我国实验室危险废物管理工作在强化实验室改扩建管理、强化实验室危险废物源头控制、强化实验室物质流监控和作业量监控、强化实验方案和风险预评估、强化实验室危险废物贮存过程的量化管理等方面的建议。

Laboratory hazardous waste management regulations practised in China and in the United States were reviewed,and their similarities and differences in between were comparatively analysed.Suggestions for the laboratory hazardous waste management in China were proposed in terms of strengthening laboratory reconstruction and expansion management,strengthening the source control of laboratory hazardous waste,strengthening the monitoring of laboratory material flow and assignments,strengthening the experimental scheme and risk pre-assessment,strengthening the quantitative management of laboratory hazardous waste storage process,and etc.
