液相色谱-串联质谱测定地下水中痕量辛硫磷和吡虫啉研究

摘要 建立了液相色谱-串联质谱测定地下水中痕量辛硫磷和吡虫啉的方法,使用Waters T3 色谱柱,乙腈和0.1%甲酸作为流动相梯度洗脱,辛硫磷和吡虫啉的检出限分别为0.00010μg/L和0.00005μg/L,加标回收率在98.7%~111.2%,6次测定相对标准偏差RSD<5%,满足测试需要。该方法简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高、重现性好,适合复杂水样的监测分析。 An LC-MS/MS method for the analysis of phoxim and imidacloprid in groundwater was established.The sample was separated on Waters T3 chromatographic column(2.1 mm×100 mm×3μm)with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid solution as a mobile phase in gradient elution.Phoxim and imidacloprid were analysed in the range of 0.05 to 2μg/L with detection limits of 0.000,10μg/L and 0.000,05μg/L,respectively.Tests for the recovery conducted by adding standard solution to blank samples showed that the recovery and RSD(n=6)were in the range of 98.7%to 111.2%and 2.97%to 4.89%,respectively.This method was simple,accurate,sensitive and reliable,and could be used for complex sample analysis.
