固定床反应器中Ru基催化剂催化对苯二甲酸二甲酯选择性加氢 被引量:2

Selective hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate on Ru-based catalysts in the fixed bed reactor

摘要 采用沉淀沉积法制备了Ru基催化剂,研究了Al2O3载体、Ru负载量、助剂种类以及助剂负载量对于固定床反应器中对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)加氢效果的影响。采用XRD,TEM,H2-TPR等手段对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,适宜的载体比表面积须大于200 m2/g,适宜的Ru负载量为3%(w),助剂对催化剂性能有显著影响。当Ru为活性组分,W为助剂时,DMT的转化率和1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯的选择性达到最高,分别可达96.8%和95.1%,最后考察了催化剂的稳定性。 A series of Ru-based catalysts were prepared by using the deposition-precipitation method.The effect of various factors,such as Al2O3 support,Ru loading amount,type of promoters and their loading amount,on the hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate in the fixed bed reactor was investigated.A variety of techniques,such as XRD,TEM,and H2-TPR,were employed to characterize the catalysts.The test results show that the appropriate specific surface area of the support must be greater than 200 m2/g,the appropriate Ru loading amount is 3%(w),and the promoter has a significant effect on the performance of catalyst.When Ru is the active component and W is the promoter,the conversion of dimethyl terephthalate and the selectivity of dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate can hit high points of 96.8%and 95.1%,respectively.Furthermore,the stability of the catalyst was investigated.
