摘要
采用GC-MS、FTIR、UVs、凝胶渗透色谱和元素分析等分析测试手段建立了一套化学分析方法,实现了对烷基化废硫酸总酸度、可滴定酸度、酸溶油(ASO)含量、水含量和二氧化硫含量的定量分析。实验结果表明,所建立的烷基化废硫酸分析方法可快速定量分析烷基化废硫酸的组成,ASO中含有150多种有机物,含量最高的为环状共轭烯烃及其多聚物,相对含量可达78.4%(w);ASO中所含单体主要为五元环状共轭烯烃,该类物质可在强酸环境下转化成环戊烯基阳离子,并进一步与硫酸分子结合生成硫酸酯/磺酸酯等物质;ASO的平均分子式为C18H31.56。
A series of chemical analysis methods were established to quantitatively analyze the total acidity,titratable acidity,acid-soluble oil(ASO)content,water content and sulfur dioxide content of alkylation waste sulfuric acid,using GC-MS,FTIR,UVs,GPC,elemental analysis,etc.The experimental results showed that the established method for alkylation waste sulfuric acid can quickly and quantitatively analyze the composition of alkylation waste sulfuric acid.The analysis found that ASO contains more than 150 organic compounds,and the highest content is cyclic conjugated olefins,whose relative content can reach 78.4%(w).The monomers contained in ASO were mainly five-membered cyclic conjugated olefins,which can be converted into cyclopentenyl cations in the strong acid environment,and further combined with sulfuric acid molecules to form sulfate/sulfonate and other substances.The average molecular formula of ASO is C18H31.56.
