环境规制能否促进技术创新?——基于文献统计视角

Can environmental regulations promote technological innovation?——Evidence from bibliometry

环境规制能否促进技术创新一直是学者和政府重点关注的问题。经过近40年研究,已涌现出丰富的成果,但研究结论并不一致。文中从研究主题出发,以CNKI和Web of Science数据库中CSSCI、SCI及SSCI期刊为基础,通过相应的检索策略筛选出入围文献,并应用统计分析方法及CiteSpace软件对文献进行定量和可视化分析,进一步对文献进行系统梳理和总结。研究发现,针对该主题的研究内容、研究结论、研究方法以及研究对象呈现出多样性,尚未形成统一研究框架,且二者关系的形成受到多种因素影响。文中据此提出未来的研究方向。

Whether environmental regulations can promote technological innovation has always been a major concern among scholars and governments.After nearly 40 years of research,lots of inconsistent results have emerged.Starting from the topic,based on the CSSCI,SCI and SSCI journals in the CNKI and Web of Science databases,the finalists were selected through the corresponding search strategies,and the literatures were analyzed quantitively and visually through statistical analysis and CiteSpace software,then the corresponding literatures were sorted and summarized systematically.The results show that the contents,conclusions,methodologies and objects of the subject are diverse,and a unified research framework has not yet been formed.Moreover,many factors can shape the link between environmental regulations and technological innovation.The scope for future research was proposed accordingly.
