资本禀赋、公平感知与生态移民城镇融入研究——以三江源地区为例

Research on capital endowment, fair perception and ecological immigrants′ urban inclusion: A case of Sanjiangyuan region

基于三江源地区生态移民微观调查数据为基础,采用结构方程模型实证分析了生态移民城镇融入的影响因素。结果表明:三江源生态移民城镇融入处于中等程度,社会融入与文化融入水平尤其偏低;移民城镇融入受资本禀赋与公平感知双重影响,其中移民社会资本与公平感知显著影响其城镇融入程度;社会资本、心理资本与人力资本对城镇融入的影响作用具有直接与间接效应。为此,建议各级政府通过聚焦缩小文化差异、提供公平公正的政策保障等方式,加强移民过程中的文化建设,提高移民聚集区的公共资源供给水平,树立其在城镇的主人翁意识、重视积累移民社会资本、提升其内在公平感知等。

Based on the microcosmic survey data of ecological migration in Sanjiangyuan area,the structural equation model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the integration of ecological migration into towns.The results show that the integration of the eco-migrant towns in Sanjiangyuan is in the middle level,and the social and cultural integration is especially low.The integration of immigrants into cities and towns is affected by both capital endowment and equity perception,among which social capital and equity perception of immigrants significantly affect their integration into cities and towns.Social capital,psychological capital and human capital have direct and indirect effects on urban integration.Therefore,it is suggested that governments at all levels should strengthen cultural construction in the process of immigration,improve the supply level of public resources in immigrant gathering areas,establish their sense of ownership in cities and towns,pay attention to the accumulation of immigrants′social capital,and enhance their perception of internal fairness by focusing on narrowing cultural differences and providing fair and just policy guarantees.
