重庆市耕地利用转型演变特征研究

Evolution Characteristics and Occurrence Mechanisms of Cultivated Land Use Transition in Chongqing

【目的】研究重庆市的耕地利用转型演变特征。【方法】基于2000-2016年重庆市面板数据,从耕地利用功能形态与空间形态两个方面对重庆市耕地利用现状及演变特征进行分析。【结果】将2000-2016年划分为2000-2005年,2006-2010年和2011-2016年3个时段,重庆市各区县种植结构变化指数均值在不同时段内呈现出较高水平:2000-2005年间,全市种植结构变化指数均值为80.28,是3时段的最高值;2006-2010年间,全市种植结构变化指数均值有所下降,均值为76.34;2011-2016年间,各区县结构变化指数大小趋于一致,均值达到78.49。这种不断调整的农业种植结构促进了重庆市山区特色效益农业的发展;随着社会经济的发展,重庆市耕地利用空间差异性增强;2006年后,重庆市耕地利用由单一化向均衡化趋势转变,耕地多功能评价整体呈现上升趋势,其中家庭经济贡献功能涨幅最为显著。【结论】研究结果揭示了重庆市近年来耕地利用现状和农业现代化发展态势,以期为重庆市未来耕地发展方向、农用地整治提供参考。

[Purposes]Discussing the transformation of regional cultivated land is very important for regional rural economic and agricultural development,as well as rural food security,ecological environment management and sustainable agricultural development.[Methods]Based on the panel data of Chongqing from 2000 to 2016,this study analyzed the status quo and evolution characteristics of cultivated land use in Chongqing from two aspects of functional and spatial patterns of cultivated land use.[Findings]The research shows that from 2000 to 2016,the average value of the index of planting structure change in various districts and counties in Chongqing showed a high level in different periods.From 2000 to 2005,the average value of the city’s planting structure change index was 80.28,which was the highest value in the three periods.The average value of the planting structure change index decreased,and its average value was 76.34.From 2010 to 2016,the size of each district and county structural change index tended to be the same,with an average value of 78.49.This constantly adjusting agricultural planting structure has promoted the development of characteristic and beneficial agriculture in mountainous areas of Chongqing.With the socio-economic development,spatial differences in cultivated land use in Chongqing increase.After 2006,the use of cultivated land in Chongqing has shifted from simplification to equilibrium,and the multi-functional evaluation of cultivated land has shown an upward trend as a whole.[Conclusions]The results reveal the current situation of cultivated land utilization and the development trend of agricultural modernization in Chongqing in recent years,with a view to provide reference for the future direction of cultivated land development and agricultural land regulation in Chongqing.
