Practice and views on Harbin metro vehicle workshop supervision

文章阐述地铁车辆出厂前驻厂监造5个阶段,即前期准备阶段、制造装配阶段、调试试验阶段、问题整改阶段和出厂验收阶段的监造重点及采取的相应措施,同时对后续如何更好地开展车辆监造工作进行深入思考。

Based on the supervision practice of metro vehicles in the works,this paper expounds the key points and corresponding measures of supervision in the five stages before the vehicle leaves the works,namely,the preliminary preparation stage,the manufacturing assembly stage,the commissioning test stage,the problem rectification stage and the factory acceptance stage,as well as the corresponding measures taken.At the same time,it deeply considers how to better carry out the vehicle supervision work in the future.
