为提升驾驶员气囊产品的外观质量,文章运用大量质量管理工具,从产品设计到制造过程,围绕核心影响因素解决撕裂线外观缺陷问题,重点阐述了门盖、气袋的设计理念及制造经验,总结了多种解决思路及方案,为推动主气囊产品轻量化奠定了技术基础。

In order to improve the appearance quality of the driver's airbag products,this paper uses a large number of quality management tools,from product design to manufacturing process,to solve the defects of the tear line appearance around the core influencing factors,focusing on the design concept and manufacturing experience of the cover and air bag.It summarizes a variety of solutions,and lays a technical foundation for promoting the lightweight of main airbag products.
