文章以某公司在研某车型为例,主要介绍了如何在设计过程中,进行下车身正碰力传递路径的分析,优化下车身正碰力的传递路径。通过选取合理的结构方式增加了汽车结构强度,提高了汽车正碰过程中的安全性能。

In this paper,taking the research of a car model in our company as an example,it mainly introduces how to analyze the transmission path of the front impact force of the car body in the design process,and optimize the transmission path of the front impact force of the car body.By selecting a reasonable structural mode,the structural strength of the vehicle is increased,and the safety performance of the vehicle in the process of frontal collision is improved.
