摘要 为了全面分析重型商用车平衡悬架系统运动学特性,在对钢板弹簧平衡悬架系统及其关键部件工作特点和运动特征进行分析的基础上,在CATIA/DMU中构建了八自由度平衡悬架机构运动学模型并对重要运动学特性进行了可视化仿真分析。同时进行了某三轴牵引车平衡悬架运动学校核试验,证明了所提出的方法和模型是可行的。 For thoroughly research the kinematic performance of tandem suspension system of heavy-duty commercial vehicle,the 8-DOF kinematics model was built based on the analysis of the working characteristics and motion mechanism of the tandem suspension system and its key components,and as well as the significant kinematics law were simulated by CATIA/DMU.Besides,the suspension package test of certain three axles tractor with tandem suspension was carried out,which proved that the proposed method and model were feasible.
