摘要
悬置系统是汽车动力总成中很关键的一个系统,在整车NVH性能方面起到很重要作用。其中,抗扭支架起到很重要的作用;其最常见缺陷就是橡胶衬套开裂。导致开裂的潜在因素有很多,比如设计性能不足,制造过程缺陷,装配过程问题等。工程师在遇到此类问题时,往往无从下手。文章以某轿车抗扭支架衬套的开裂为例,系统地介绍了如何分析问题、制订和验证整改方案;整个过程对悬置系统的设计开发工作也有指导意义。
Engine Mount is one key subsystem of Powertrain on one traditional vehicle.It play the important role for vehicle NVH performance.And the anti-torque bracket is the key part of mount system.Its common defect is rubber bush crack.There are a lots of factors can cause this defect,such as design,production,assembly,etc.Therefore,engineer is always confused when facing this defect.The purpose of this article is to systematically show how to deal with this kind of defect via one anti-torque bracket crack case on one sedan.It is also one kind of Lesson&Learn,which can help vehicle design engineer to design and develop one good mount system.
