The technical innovation of the crane batching and measuring equipment of scrap steel has broken through the technical bottleneck of the scrap steel anti-battering scale,high failure rate and mismeasurement,and transformed the previous measurement method of rough frame into a one-step measurement mode,which can not only accurately measure each scrap variety,but also accurately measure the total weight of the composite batching.The management goal of maximizing the economic benefit of steelmaking and improving the quality of steelmaking can be achieved by solving precise and intelligent measurement in the process of scrap steel battering,avoiding repeated measurement and investment in the production process.
