高职院校创新创业教育的现实困境及优化路径

On the Difficult Situation and Optimized Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着新时期我国社会经济的发展转型,大力推进高职院校创新创业教育已成为大势所趋。现阶段,高职院校创新创业教育面临着教育理念存在偏差,教学安排与专业教学脱节,缺乏高水平的师资队伍,资源整合的协同机制尚未形成等问题。从树立正确的双创教育理念,完善创新创业教育课程体系,加强双创教育师资队伍建设,整合各项创新创业教育资源等方面入手,可以实现高职院校创新创业教育的优化。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has become an inevitable trend due to China’s economic transformation and social development in the new era.However,there are many problems in its development,such as the inaccurate interpretation and inadequate spread of its educational con⁃cept,its divorce from professional education,and its needs for high quality faculty and coordinated mechanism as well.It can be optimized by setting up accurate educational concept,improving curriculum system,constructing faculty team,and coordinating all kinds of relevant educational resources.
