基于自我概念视角分析组织支持感知对员工创新行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文引入自我概念的核心——组织认同与员工自尊,将其作为中介,分析组织支持感知及其各维度对员工创新行为的影响。基于国内外组织支持感知、组织认同、员工自尊、员工创新行为的已有文献,提出研究假设,通过对343名员工进行调研得到研究数据,并借助SPSS软件对数据进行一系列分析,进而验证研究假设。
