摘要
目的探讨miR-9、miR-192和miR-205诊断宫颈癌的临床价值。方法选取78例宫颈癌患者(观察组)和30例健康者(对照组)为研究对象,采用RT-qPCR反应检测2组血清miR-9、miR-192和miR-205水平;分析宫颈癌患者血清miR-9、miR-192和miR-205水平与临床病理的关系;采用ROC曲线分析血清miR-9、miR-192和miR-205水平诊断宫颈癌的敏感性和特异性。结果观察组血清miR-9、miR-205水平显著高于对照组,miR-192水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-9、miR-192和miR-205与肿瘤的TNM分期、分化程度具有相关性(P<0.05),miR-9、miR-205与肿瘤的组织类型具有相关性(P<0.05),miR-9、miR-192与肿瘤的淋巴结远处转移具有相关性(P<0.05)。miR-9、miR-192和miR-205检测宫颈癌的敏感度分别为80.93%、78.23%和69.82%,特异度分别为77.03%、79.35%和81.14%。结论宫颈癌患者中miR-9和miR-205呈高表达,miR-192呈低表达,和宫颈癌的临床病理学关系密切,对宫颈癌的诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical values of miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods Serum miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 levels were detected by RT-qPCR in 78 patients with cervical cancer(observation group)and 30 healthy subjects(control group).The relationship between miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 levels and clinicopathology was analyzed in cervical cancer patients.Furthermore,the sensitivities and specificities of miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 for diagnosing cervical cancer were analyzed using ROC curve.Results Compared with control group,the levels of miR-9 and miR-205 increased but the levels of miR-192 decreased in observation group(P<0.05).Serum miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 levels were correlated with TNM stage and differentiation degree of the tumor(P<0.05).The levels of miR-9 and miR-205 were associated with histological type of the tumor(P<0.05).However,the levels of miR-9 and miR-192 were related to distant lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P<0.05).The sensitivities of miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 for diagnosing cervical cancer were respectively 80.93%,78.23%and 69.82%,and the specificities were respectively 77.03%,79.35%and 81.14%.Conclusion The expression of miR-9 and miR-205 is high and the expression of miR-192 is low in patients with cervical cancer.There is a close relationship between miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 expression and clinicopathology of cervical cancer.Therefore,the detection of miR-9,miR-192 and miR-205 expression has certain reference value for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.
