社区精神分裂症患者的用药依从性现况及其影响因素

The Current Status of Medication Compliance and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Schizophrenia in the Community

目的了解社区精神分裂症患者用药依从性现状及其影响因素,为有效开展社区病人康复管理提供依据。方法以分层随机抽样方法抽取300名病情稳定和基本稳定的社区精神分裂症患者,采用用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)与自行编制的精神疾病防治知识问卷,作社区面对面询问调查。结果 292名社区精神分裂症患者中,用药依从性好者占50.68%,用药依从性中等者占27.05%,用药依从性差者占22.26%。30~44岁和45~59岁年龄组用药依从性差的占比分别高于<30岁和≥60岁年龄组;大专及以上教育程度患者用药依从性好的占比高于与其他低文化程度的患者;疾病防治知识得分≥85分者的用药依从性优于得分低者;社会支持评分高的患者用药依从性更好。结论社区精神分裂症患者用药依从性尚不理想,不同的年龄段和不同的受教育程度患者其用药依从性有所差异,疾病防治知识知晓率高和社会支持评分高的患者,其用药依从性好。

Objective To understand the current status of medication compliance in patients with schizophrenia in the community and its influencing factors,provide a basis for community patient rehabilitation management.Methods By stratified random sampling,300 schizophrenic patients with stable and basically stable condition were selected,and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8),Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS)and self-compiled knowledge questionnaire on the prevention and treatment of mental illness were used to conduct a community face-to-face inquiry survey.Results Among 292 patients with schizophrenia in the community,50.68%had good medication compliance;27.05%had medium medication compliance;22.26%had poor medication compliance.The proportion of poor medication compliance in 30-44 years old group and 45-59 years old group were higher than those of<30 years old group and≥60 years old group,respectively;the proportion of patients with higher education level had better medication compliance than those with other low education level;the medication compliance of patients with disease prevention knowledge score≥85 was better than those with low score;patients with high social support score had better medication compliance.Conclusion Community schizophrenia patients with medication compliance is not ideal,different age groups and different levels of education patients their medication compliance is different,disease prevention and control knowledge of high knowledge rate and high social support scores of patients,their medication compliance is good.
