摘要
主要介绍一种利用激光相变强化技术提高机床床身硬度的方法,在不影响机床精度条件下显著提高了床身硬度和耐磨性,使床身硬度由30HSD提高到60HSD,从而延长了机床使用寿命。
This paper mainly introduces a method to improve the hardness of machine tool bed by using laser phase change strengthening technology.This method can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of machine tool bed without affecting the accuracy of machine tool.The hardness of machine tool bed is increased from 30HSD to 60HSD,thus extending the service life of machine tool.
