摘要
针对高速干切滚齿主轴设计问题,从主轴转速、电机选型和主轴冷却3个方面提出了滚齿主轴设计原则、电机功率计算公式及主轴冷却设计思路,采用理论分析方法建立了设计计算模型。通过对国内外滚刀和电机的发展比较,提出了适合滚齿主轴装置的设计理论基础,为高速干切滚齿机主轴设计提供了一定的理论支撑,有利于我国高速滚齿技术的全面推广。
Solve the design problem of high-speed dry cutting hobbing spindle,the design principle of hobbing spindle,calculation formula of motor power and design idea of spindle cooling are put forward from three aspects of spindle speed,motor selection and spindle cooling.The design calculation model is established by theoretical analysis method.Through the comparison of the development of hob and motor at home and abroad,the design principle suitable for hobbing spindle device is put forward On the basis of the theory,it provides a certain theoretical support for the design of the spindle of the high-speed dry cutting hobbing machine,which is conducive to the overall promotion of the high-speed hobbing technology in China.
