摘要
利用六西格玛的方法,对角磨机风扇的失效进行分析及改进。按照DMAIC的步骤,确定项目范围和现状,定义失效响应变量Y’s并确认其现有水平;梳理工艺流程的输入输出变量,利用鱼骨图和IPO矩阵图,初步确定重点影响因素X’s;通过假设检验和回归统计分析,确定X’s对Y’s的影响程度及初步控制要求;通过优化模具设计,进行快速改善;采用DOE进行试验设计和实验,从而获得了优化的过程控制参数,有效实现风扇质量的进一步改进。
The quality for the angle grinder fan via 6Sigma concept was improved.According to the systematic steps of DMAIC,the scope and current status was defined,and the critical response factor Y’s and its performance level was specified;Process input and output was identified,and the main influence factors X’s by using fish bone and IPO matrix chart was analyzed;The effects about X’s to Y’s via hypothesis testing and regression analysis was determined,and the preliminary control requirement of influence factor was obtained;By the rapid improvement on the tooling design change and DOE analysis,the optimized process control parameter was found,and finally quality improvement target was achieved.
