Checkered plate is an important product of certion hot rolling line.In the production process of checkered plate,there are a lot of checkerboard edge chipping on the patterned roll,which affects the quality of strip steel bean,the crack growth on the bean bottom leads to the on-line peeling off of the roll,and the sub surface crack growth leads to peeling off in the use process of the large-diameter checkerboard roll after grinding.This not only affects the production efficiency and safety,but also affects the product quality.But it can improve the use technology of the pattern roller by improving the method for processing of patterned rolls,optimizing the size of Roll diameter range,the development of new material,optimizing the use system and maintenance system,which the product quality and production safety and the work efficiency in the production process effectively.
