血清磷酸酯酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3甲胎蛋白检测在肝癌患者诊断及肝功能评估中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究血清磷酸酯酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3(GPC3)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)检测在肝癌患者诊断及肝功能评估中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月就诊于我院的365例肝病患者,根据疾病类型不同,将106例原发性肝癌患者纳为研究组,将同期就诊的259例肝硬化患者纳为对照组,均行血清GPC3、AFP检测。比较2组患者的血清GPC3、AFP水平及阳性检出率、肝功能评估。结果研究组血清GPC3、AFP水平高于对照组,GPC3+AFP联合检测的阳性率高于GPC3、AFP单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GPC3阳性的肝癌患者的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)水平高于GPC3阴性者,白蛋白低于GPC3阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清GPC3、AFP联合检测可有效提高肝癌的阳性检出率,准确评估肝功能。
