民办高校"不忘初心、牢记使命"主题教育能够促进民办高校紧密结合自身办学实际,直面师德师风存在的突出问题,促进民办高校师德师风水平的全面提升。因此,民办高校要充分认识"不忘初心、牢记使命"对师德师风建设的引领作用,直面当前民办高校师德师风建设的突出问题,探索出以"不忘初心、牢记使命"促进民办高校师德师风建设的策略。

The theme education of "Remain true to the original aspiration and keep the mission firmly in mind" can promote the private colleges and universities to carefully consider their own reality,face up to the prominent problems in teachers’ morality,and promote the overall enhancement of teacher morality.Therefore,private colleges and universities should fully understand the leading role of the theme education in the construction of teachers’ morality,and explore strategies to deal with the most prominent teacher morality problems.
