性行为指导对中青年男性直肠癌造口患者性生活质量的干预作用研究

Effect of sexual behavior guidance on the quality of sexual life of young and middle-aged male rectal carcinoma patients after enterostomy

目的探讨性行为指导对中青年男性直肠癌造口患者性生活质量的干预作用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月西昌市人民医院诊治的75例直肠癌造口患者作为研究对象。按照信封法随机将75例直肠癌造口患者分为两组,即对照组(n=37)与研究组(n=38)。对照组采用常规护理指导,研究组在常规护理中加强性行为指导,对比两组患者干预前后性生活质量。结果入院时两组患者的性生活频率、性功能、性生活中男方主动率和满意程度以及整体生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月时两组患者的性生活频率、性功能、性生活中男方主动率和满意程度较入院时明显下降,至术后6个月时有所上升,其中研究组在术后3个月~6个月时性生活频率、性功能恢复正常人数、性生活中男方主动率和满意程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且在末次随访时,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性行为指导对中青年男性直肠癌造口患者性生活质量的提升起到至关重要的作用,同时有助于提高患者的整体生存质量,继而改善预后,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of sexual behavior guidance on the quality of sexual life of young and middle-aged male rectal carcinoma patients after enterostomy.Methods 75 rectal carcinoma patients underwent enterostomy from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to envelop method,the patients were assigned to control group(n=37)and study group(n=38).The control group was served with routine nursing;on the basis of which,the study group was served with sexual behavior guidance.The quality of sexual life was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Upon admission to hospital,there was no statistically significant differences in the sexual life frequency,sexual function,male initiatives for sexual life and satisfaction,and overall life quality between groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the sexual life frequency,sexual function,male initiatives for sexual life and satisfaction were significantly decreased and those at 6 months after surgery were improved.The sexual life frequency,sexual function,male initiatives for sexual life and satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher those in the control group at 3-6 months after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During the final follow-up visit,the life quality scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The sexual behavior guidance is of great significance to improve patient's quality of sexual life and prognosis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
