金银花汤联合苄星青霉素对梅毒患者的临床疗效及患者血清IL-8和TNF-α水平的影响

Clinical efficacy of honeysuckle soup combined with benzathine penicillin for syphilis patients and the effects on the serum IL-8 and TNF-αlevels

目的分析金银花汤联合苄星青霉素对梅毒患者的临床疗效及患者血清IL-8和TNF-α水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月浙江省中医院诊治的80例梅毒患者为研究对象。采用"电脑随机匹配"方式,将其随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。观察组患者采用金银花汤+苄星青霉素治疗方法,对照组患者采用苄星青霉素治疗方法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、外周血T细胞亚群变化情况、血清IL-8和TNF-α水平。结果观察组患者临床总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组患者(75.0%);治疗后,观察组患者Th1、Th1/Th2水平明显高于对照组患者,Th2、血清IL-8、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论金银花汤+苄星青霉素治疗方法可以有效改善梅毒患者的临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应,疗效确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of honeysuckle soup combined with benzathine penicillin for patients with syphilis and the effect on the serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-α.Methods 80 patients with syphilis admitted to Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled and based on"computer random matching"were divided into control group(benzathine penicillin,40 cases)and observation group(honeysuckle soup+benzathine penicillin,40 cases).The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the changes in peripheral blood T cell subsets,serum IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%).The Th1,Th1/Th2 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Th2,serum IL-8 and TNF-αwere significantly lower,all with statistically significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusions Honeysuckle soup combined with benzathine penicillin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of syphilis patients and reduce the inflammatory response with exact curative effect,which is worth learning.
