基于数据挖掘《中医方剂大辞典》治疗梅毒用药规律探讨

Exploration on the law of drug use in the treatment of syphilis based on data mining Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions

目的分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗梅毒方剂及药物配伍规律,为中医临床用药提供指导和借鉴。方法统计《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗梅毒的方剂及药物,分别查出其性、味、归经及功效,运用Excel 2010、SPSS 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1、复杂系统熵聚类等对数据进行统计分析。结果共筛选313首治疗梅毒症方剂,涉及中药255味。方中高频药物为土茯苓、甘草、金银花、当归、防风、川芎、白鲜皮等,多属解表清热药,药性多寒温,药味多甘辛苦,归经多属肝经、脾经、心经、胃经。根据高频药物的关联规则分析,得到药对配伍规则,如金银花-土茯苓、荆芥-防风、连翘-土茯苓、白鲜皮-金银花等。结论《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗梅毒方剂组方以清热解毒,活血化瘀为要务,对于当代医家在临床上辨证施治用药有着一定的指导意义。

Objective To analyze the compatibility rules of syphilis prescriptions and drugs in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,so as to provide guidance and reference for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The prescriptions and medicines for syphilis included in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were counted and their properties,taste,meridian tropism and efficacy were identified.The data were analyzed by Excel 2010,SPSS 22.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1,and complex system entropy clustering.Results A total of 313 infertility prescriptions were screened,involving 255 Chinese herbs.High-frequency medicines included in the prescriptions were Tufuling cocos,licorice,honeysuckle,Angelica sinensis,Fangfeng,Chuanxiong,Baixianpi,etc,most of which were antipyretic drugs with cold and warm medicinal properties and bitter taste and belonged to liver,spleen,heart and stomach meridians.According to the analysis of association rules of high-frequency drugs,the compatibility rules of drug pairs were obtained,such as honeysuckle-tuckahoe cocos,schizonepeta-fangfeng,forsythia-tuckahoe cocos,fresh peel-honeysuckle,etc.Conclusions Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions contains prescriptions for syphilis,which focus on clearing away heat and detoxification,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.It has certain guiding significance for contemporary physicians to treat syphilis by differentiation of symptoms and signs.
