摘要 通过力学性能、热变形温度和熔体流动速率等指标评价了5种牌号增韧剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)性能的影响,并探究了增韧剂种类对PC的70℃水煮老化性能、湿热老化性能和热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,添加增韧剂能提高PC的韧性;在改善PC热氧老化性能方面,S2001和MR-502要优于M-577、M-732和M-722;在改善PC水煮老化和湿热老化性能方面,M-732、M-577和MR502要优于S2001和M-722。 This paper reported an investigation on the effects of five types of toughening agents on the mechanical properties,heat deformation temperature and melting flow rate of polycarbonate(PC).Moreover,the influences of these toughening agents on the thermal oxidative aging properties,water-boiling performance at 70°C,and hygrothermal aging performance of modified PC were studied.The results indicated that the addition of toughening agent coudl improve the impact toughness of PC.The S2001 and MR-502 exhibited a better enhancement effect in thermal oxygen aging performance than M-577,M-732 and M-722.However,M-732,M-577 and MR502 have a better enhancement effect in water-boiling and hygrothermal aging performance than S2001 and M-722.
