适应日常生活变迁的设计管控——株洲渌口老街保护更新与城市设计实践

The Design Control for Daily Life Changes——The Protection and Renovation of the Old Street in Lukou District,Zhuzhou and Urban Design Practice

昔日繁华的老街似乎已退出生活舞台,沉寂蜷曲在城市的一隅。码头贸易赋予株洲渌口老街多元化的功能,为其塑造了往日的荣光,而如今只剩下单一的居住功能。如何在满足日常生活形态变迁的同时,恢复老街昔日的风采,成为株洲渌口老街保护更新与设计实践中的一大难题。笔者尝试重构老街日常生活的群体及空间类型,彰显老街历史文化,重新赋予其城市功能,形成特有的生活形态,使老街融入现代城市生活中,以期为老街的保护更新探索一种新的可能。

The former bustling old street seems to have disappeared from the stage of life and curls up in a corner of the city.The wharf trade provided the old street in Lukou district,Zhuzhou with multiple functions,and shaped its glory of the old times.However,there is only one single function left,that is living.How to restore the old glory of the old street while satisfying the changes in life form has become a big difficulty for the protection,renewal and design practice of the old street in Lukou District,Zhuzhou.The author tries to reconstruct the group and space type of the daily life of the old street,highlight the history and culture of the old street,endow the city with new functions,retain the“indigenous people”,so as to form a unique life form,and integrate into the modern urban life,and explore a new possibility for the protection and renovation of the old street.
