传统村落受灾现状与保护发展研究

Study on Disaster Status and Protection Development of Traditional Villages

中国传统村落在发展过程中,不仅面临人为建设的威胁,还遭受自然灾害的侵蚀。这些灾害主要为普遍存在的火灾、地震易发带的地质灾害及东南沿海一带的气象灾害。传统村落因选址不科学、建筑结构易损、公共避难空间缺失、生命线工程缺乏规划等问题而受灾严重。因此,灾前应设立监测设备进行风险评估,灾后在规划建设中应更替传统建筑材料、增加公共避难空间,对传统村落进行应灾保护。

In the process of development and preservation of Chinese traditional villages from ancient to modern times,they are not only faced with the threat of human construction,but also suffered from the erosion of natural disasters.These disasters are mainly common fire disaster,geological disaster prone to earthquake and meteorological disaster in southeast coastal area.The traditional villages are seriously affected by the problems of unscientific site selection,vulnerable building structure,lack in public shelter space and lack of planning of lifeline project.Therefore,monitoring equipment should be set up for risk assessment before the disaster.In the post disaster planning and construction,traditional building materials should be replaced and public shelter space should be increased,so as to protect the traditional villages from the disaster.
