基于安全性的使用后评价方法研究——以武汉军运会配套场馆为例

Research on Safety-Based Post-Occupancy Evaluation Method——A Case of CISM World Games Venues in Wuhan

随着我国经济发展水平的日益提高,体育赛事作为满足人民大众精神文化需要的标志,越来越多的城市纷纷举办各类具有重大影响的体育赛事,但相关赛事承办场馆的适用性存在一定的模糊性。基于使用后评价方法,考虑到安全性评价指标,以刚刚结束的第七届世界军人运动会配套场馆作为研究对象,从体育场馆的舒适度、实用性、安全性等方面进行评价,研究该场馆作为军运会赛事承办单位的使用后评价满意度。研究结果表明,武汉体育馆在安全性方面设计较好,使用者满意度较高,安全程度较高,但是也存在诸如设计疏散、空间不足等问题。

With the increasing improvement of the level of economic development in China,sports events with great influence,as a symbol of the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,are hold by more and more cities.However,the applicability of related event venues is ambiguous.Based on the post-occupancy evaluation method and considering the safety evaluation index,this paper takes the supporting venues of the seventh session of CISM World Games as the research object,and evaluates the comfort,practicability and safety of the stadiums and gymnasiums from the aspects of comfort,practicality and safety.The purpose of this paper is to study the post-evaluation satisfaction of the venue as a CISM World Games event hosting unit.The results show that Wuhan Gymnasium has a good safety design,high user satisfaction and a high degree of safety,but there are also some problems such as insufficient space in evacuation design that need to be solved.
