基于可持续发展理念的社区建筑设计研究

Research on Community Architectural Design Based on the Concept of Sustainable Development

现如今,城市化进程的不断加快致使城市压力越来越大,因大规模生产所导致的资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏等人居环境问题日益严峻。在此背景下,可持续发展理念成为人们对未来城市建设和居住生活的共同追求。本文通过对可持续发展理念下的社区建筑相关概念及理论的研究,从社会学与生态学角度对社区建筑中的可持续发展理念进行分析,在此基础上,归纳可持续社区建筑的设计要点,并探寻其发展趋势。

Nowadays,with the accelerating process of urbanization,the urban load is increasing,and the problems of human settlements such as resource shortage,environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by large-scale production are becoming more and more serious.Under this universal background,the concept of sustainable development has become the development direction that people pursue together for the future urban construction and residential life.Based on the study of the related concepts and theories of community architecture under the concept of sustainable development,this paper analyzes the concept of sustainable development of community architecture in the sense of sociology and ecology.And on this basis,the design key points of sustainable community architecture are summarized,and its development trend is explored.
