Due to the promotion of national government and the requirements of policies and regulations,BIM technology and fabricated structure technology are fully used in the affordable housing project.This paper studies how to integrate these two technologies to realize the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection,specialization and industrialization,and explores new mode and new trend for the sustainable development of residential buildings in the future.
