西安城市住区植物景观使用后评价研究——以西安市中海·曲江大城为例

Research on Post Occupancy Evaluation of Plant Landscape Utilization in Xi’an Urban Settlements——A Case of Zhonghai Qujiang Dacheng in Xi’an

城市住区既为人们提供了生活和居住的场所,又为城市的发展建设提供了必要保障,但由于忽视了使用者的心理需求和使用情况,导致设计缺乏以人为本的实际意义。本文采用问卷调查和李克特五点量表法针对西安市中海·曲江大城的植物景观进行使用后评价的研究,以实际调研数据进行统计分析。结果显示,使用者对其满意度一般,进而分析城市住区植物景观亟须改进和需要改进的指标,为西安市城市住区植物景观生态优化提供数据支撑。

Urban residential areas not only provide places for people to live,but also provide necessary guarantee for the development and construction of the city.However,due to the neglect of users’psychological needs and usage,the design lacks the practical significance of people-orientation.This paper uses questionnaire and Likert’s five-point scale to conduct post-occupancy evaluation research on the plant landscape of Zhonghai Qujiang Dacheng in Xi’an,and makes statistical analysis based on the actual survey data.The results show that users are generally satisfied with the plant landscape,and then the indicators that need to be improved are analyzed to provide data support for the ecological optimization of the plant landscape in Xi’an urban settlements.
