土木工程施工管理问题分析

Analysis on Civil Engineering Construction Management

环环相扣、密切相连是土木工程最明显的特征,科学合理的工程施工管理有利于提高工程质量和效率。目前,在我国的土木工程管理中存在某些问题,严重阻碍了我国建筑业的发展和进步,找出工程管理中的问题并采取适当措施,有助于提升工程效率,加速建筑业发展。本文从安全、技术、材料、管理这4个方面对土木工程中存在的问题进行探析。

The most obvious feature of civil engineering is closely linked.Scientific and reasonable construction management is conducive to improve the quality and efficiency of the project.At present,there are some problems in the management of civil engineering in China,which seriously hinder the development and progress of the construction industry in China.Finding out the problems in the management of the project and taking appropriate measures will help to improve the efficiency of the project and accelerate the development of the construction industry.In this paper,the problems in safety,technology,materials and management of the civil engineering projects are explored.
