不同波长氪激光治疗非增殖期重度糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation of Krypton Laser with Different Wavelengths in the Treatment of Secondary Macular Membrane in Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的观察两种不同波长氪离子激光治疗非增殖期重度糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的效果。方法选取2016年8月至2019年1月确诊为NPDR需行全视网膜激光光凝术(PRP)治疗的糖尿病患者40例(80眼)作为研究对象,将40例患者随机采用氪黄、氪绿ELLEX激光仪治疗,分别为氪黄激光组和氪绿激光组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果氪黄激光组、氪绿激光组患者治疗后总有效率分别为87.5%、92.5%,两组间治疗的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后双眼最佳矫正视力(BCVA)水平均高于治疗前(P均<0.05)。氪绿激光组患者治疗后出现黄斑前膜2例。结论采用氪黄、氪绿激光行PRP治疗均可有效控制甚至改善NPDR病变,不排除视网膜激光治疗有诱发继发性黄斑前膜的可能性。 Objective To observe the efficacy of two different wavelength krypton laser in the treatment of nonproliferative severe diabetic retinopathy. Methods From August 2016 to January 2019,40 cases(80 eyes)of nonproliferative severe diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)and PRP diagnosed by ophthalmology department of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital were selected as the study objects,40 patients were divided randomly into krypton yellow laser group and krypton green laser group. Two groups of patients were treated with ELLEX krypton yellow laser and krypton green laser respectively. Results The total effective rates of krypton yellow laser group and krypton green laser group were 87.5% and 92.5%,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The BCVA level of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P all<0.05). In krypton green laser group,there were 2 cases of macular anterior membrane. Conclusion PRP with krypton yellow and krypton green laser can effectively control or even improve the nonproliferative stage of diabetic retinopathy,which does not exclude the possibility of inducing secondary macular anterior membrane by retinal laser treatment.
