人工智能时代《速录实训课程》教学模式的困境与出路——以法学专业为例

速录速记技能是法科学生的核心技能,既能满足法律辅助岗位和基础法律服务的需求,更可作为民办高校打造办学特色的重要举措之一。人工智能时代的来临对速录实训课程带来了前所未有的冲击和挑战。文章在论证速录技能不可替代性的基础上,通过分析研究,旨在探寻符合独立学院自身特色的速录技能实训课程模式,从而科学安排教学内容,妥善做好职业引导,尊重个体化差异,为实习与就业搭建平台。

Stenography skill isone of the core skills for law students.It can not only meet the needs of positions of legal assists and basic legal services,but also be one of the important measures for private colleges to create their own characteristics.The arriving of the era of artificial intelligence has brought unprecedented impact and challenge to stenography practical training course.By demonstrating their replace ability of stenography skills,this paper aims to explore effective teaching mode for stenography practical training coursein line with the characteristics of independent colleges.Accordingly,teaching content will be arranged scientifically,career guidance will be offered properly,individual differences will be highly respected,and the platform for practice and employment will be built successfully.
