People's health is an important symbol of national prosperity.In recent years,there have been several health problems of teaching staff in colleges and universities,which have exposed the problem of insufficient health of teaching staff in a high-intensity,fast-paced working environment.There are not only reasons for personal health awareness,but also areas for improvement in school-level health management.The field of public health is an interdisciplinary that spans different fields such as engineering,management,medicine,and social science.The health management of faculty and staff in colleges and universities is also a comprehensive work that requires the coordinated participation and cooperation of various departments such as personnel,finance,infrastructure,hospitals,sports,diet,safety,and publicity.The propaganda work shoulders the important mission and responsibility of serving the development of the school,so it's very important that mastering the characteristics and laws of the news propaganda work for effectively improving the health of college teachers and staff.
