基于TQM理念的新建本科高校教育全面质量管理的制度选择

一直以来,高等教育都是我国教育体系中最为重要的组成部分,而由于高等教育的对象不同于中小学教育,因此针对高等教育教学的创新以及教学质量的管理和把控都是高校最为困难的部分,因此采取什么样的教学管理方法就成为了高等教育最为重视的,为了提高高校教育教学的质量就必须要建设相对应的教学质量管理理念以及管理体系,同时还需要注重高校教育质量文化的建设,在这种情况下,高校教育开始全面借鉴TQM理念,在高校教育中实行制度的创新以及改革的创新,运用相关的政策以及教学策略来实现本科高校教育质量的全面把控和管理,通过运用全面质量管理的创新制度来实现高校教育的全面提升。
