建筑类专业BIM教学实践创新基地建设思路探索

在BIM技术迅速发展并融入高校教学环境的现实背景下,文章以重庆交通大学建筑与城市规划学院为例,探索建筑类相关专业BIM教学实践创新基地的建设思路。提出了融“教学改革、思维转化、方法拓展、机制协同”为一体的特色化建设路径。以目标为导向,分析建设的体系与模式、建设的持续性与培育性,以及与乡村人居环境等学科趋势的结合性。最后,以学校及企业之间的深入合作为前提,阐述了基地建设的核心内容、预测成果与分期实施计划。

Under the background of the rapid development of BIM technology and its integration into the teaching environment of colleges and universities,this paper takes the school of architecture and urban planning of Chongqing Jiaotong University as an example to explore the construction idea of BIM teaching practice innovation base for architecture related majors.This paper puts forward a characteristic construction path that integrates"teaching reform,thinking transformation,method expansion and mechanism coordination".Guided by the goal,this paper analyzes the system and mode of construction,the sustainability and cultivation of construction,and the combination with the development trend of rural human settlements and other disciplines.Finally,based on the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper expounds the core content,prediction results and phased implementation plan of the base construction.
