面向“双创”学生群体的知识产权应用课程方案——以IT专业为例

立足于高职特点,面向开展“双创”实践的学生群体构建了知识产权应用课程的教学方案,并以IT专业为例对课程教学内容和课程教学实施方法进行了说明。课程的主要特点是将创新技术方案设计技能与专利申请的相关技能进行了有机结合,注重提升学生在实际工作场景中的知识产权应用技能,并且引入了项目式课程教学方式及基于在线教学平台的课前课后教学活动来提升教学效率,具有较好的可行性和实用性。

Based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,a teaching scheme for intellectual property application-oriented course was constructed for the students who carried out the"double innovation"practice,and the course content and course teaching implementation methods were presentedby taking the IT major as an example.The main feature of the course is the combination of innovative technical scheme design ability and patent application-related skills.The course focuses on improving students'intellectual property application skills in actual work scenarios.Moreover,the project-style teaching methods and online teaching platforms for teaching activities before and after class are adopted to improve teaching efficiency.Therefore,the course has good feasibility and practicality.
