摘要
大学生创业失败率居高不下的现状与现行创业教育以成功为导向,忽视创业失败教育直接相关。反事实思维可以提升认知个体对于已有失败知识和经验的分析和利用的能力,有助于创业教育者理性审视大学生高创业失败率的现实。将反事实思维渗透于大学生创业价值观的建立、创业人才培养目标的制定、创业教育课程体系重构等人才培养过程中,将会增加大学生创业的成功率。
The high rate of undergraduate entrepreneur failure is directly related to the success-oriented entrepreneurship education and neglect of entrepreneur failure education.Counter-factual thinking can improve the ability of individuals cognitive to analyze and use the existingknowledge and experience of failure,and help entrepreneurship educators examining the reality of high rate of undergraduate entrepreneurial failure.It penetrates counter-factual thinking into the establishment of entrepreneurial values of undergraduate,the formulation of training objectives of entrepreneurial talents,the reconstruction of entrepreneurship education curriculum system and other talents training processes,and to increase the success rate of undergraduate entrepreneurs.
