摘要
民办高校辅导员是履行学生工作职责的专业人员,其职业认同紧密联系着我国教育事业的发展。通过分析调查问卷,发现缺乏管理经验、专业知识不足、职业规划模糊、相关机制不健全、角色认识不清晰是影响辅导员职业认同的关键因素,应从岗位职责、目标制定、提前规划、完善机制、准确定位等方面进行提升,进而促进民办高校辅导员向职业化、专家化方向发展。
Private college counselors are professionals who perform their job duties.Their professional identity is closely related to the development of China's education.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that lack of management experience,insufficient professional knowledge,fuzzy career planning,incomplete related mechanisms,and unclear role recognition are the key factors affecting the professional identity of counselors.Accurate positioning and other aspects have been improved to promote the development of private college counselors towards professionalization and expertization.
