高校党建与大学外语“金课”建设耦合发展的理论意义与实践路径探究

高校基层党建要提质增效,应积极发挥高校特色,推进党建与学科建设的结合。高校党建和大学外语“金课”建设具有密切的内在联系,是辩证统一的关系。二者优势互补、相得益彰,深度融合、协同育人。结合工作开展实际,文章提出了二者耦合发展的三条路径:制定“又红又专”发展目标,提升大学外语“金课”的政治站位;开展“课程思政”教学探索,凸显大学外语“金课”的育人价值;落实“双带头人”培育工作,完善大学外语“金课”的队伍建设。

In order to improve the quality and efficacy of the Party building,we should give full play to the distinctive features of different universities and colleges and promote the joint development of Party building and discipline construction.The Party building and the foreign language"Golden Course"construction are strongly correlated with each other and share a relationship of dialectical unity.They have their own advantages and educate students comprehensively in an integrated way.Under the enlightenment of practical work,this paper proposes three ways for their joint development.An integrated teaching purpose should be set so that students can be both politically sound and professionally competent.Ideological and political theory should be taught so that all-round development of the students can be achieved in the foreign language"Golden Course"."Double Reps"Project should be carried out so that a"golden team"can be built.
