摘要
课程思政是高校思政课程的延伸和发展,是“立德树人”根本任务的具体落实,是提升人才培养质量的重要着力点。法学类课程对于构建社会主义法治国家,提高国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化具有重要意义,对于培养学生的规则意识、权责意识、批判意识、法治意识具有突出价值。因此,遵循“法律文本解释——法律价值引导——立法实践回归”的教学设计思路,运用比较式、案例式、讨论式、情境式教学方式,将法学课程思政资源嵌入“知识构建——价值引领——实践回归”的三环,从指导思想、学科思维、价值引领和实践回归四个层面实现法学类课程思政目标。
Ideological and political education is the extension and development of ideological and political course in college and universities,the concrete implement of"Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students"and the exerting point of improving the talent training quality.It is important for law courses to construct socialist legal state and to train rule consciousness,power and responsibility consciousness,critical consciousness and law consciousness.Therefore,it is necessary to follow the teaching thought of"legal textual interpretation-legal value guidance-legal practical returning",apply comparative teaching,case teaching,discussion teaching,situation teaching,embed the curriculum resources into the three links of"knowledge acquirement-value guidance-practical returning",realize the aim of ideological and political education of law courses from four aspects of guiding ideology,subject thinking,value guidance and practical returning.
