新四科背景下地方高校本科人才培养方案的建构与实践——以西华大学为例

新四科目标的建设实施,为地方高校本科教育发展既提供了发展机遇,同时也提出了严峻挑战。在这一背景下,地方高校本科人才培养方案需要作出调整,积极找准自身定位,全面推进教育教学改革,为适应社会需求和区域经济发展培养人才。以西华大学为例,新四科教育理念的提出,为学校教育明确了改革方向,因此,需要深入贯彻落实新四科人才培养理念,优化课程设置、重构人才培养方案,做好人才培养的顶层设计准备,以不断适应高等教育发展新形势。

The construction of the new four disciplines standards not only provides opportunities for the developing undergraduate education in local universities,but also poses severe challenges.In this context,the undergraduate talent cultivation program of local colleges and universities needs to make adjustments,identify their own positioning actively and also comprehensively promote the reform of education and teaching,in order to adapt to social requirements and regional economic development to train talents.Taking Xihua University as an example,the concept of new four disciplines education has defined the reform direction of school education.Therefore,it is necessary to thoroughly implement the concept of new four disciplines talent training,optimize the curriculum,reconstruct the talent training program,and make top-level design preparation for talent training to continuously adapt to the new situation of higher education development.
