数学专业师范生数学学科核心素质培养的策略 被引量:3

摘要 中小学教师主要来自于高校师范生,师范专业培养质量直接决定中小学教师队伍整体水平,其中师范生的学科核心素质培养尤为重要,加强数学师范专业学生的数学学科核心素质培养势在必行,以绵阳师范学院数学专业师范生和泸州中学数学教师素质现状为例进行数学师范专业师范生数学学科核心素质培养探究,以达到数学师范专业师范生具备完成社会实际活动所具有的关键数学知识、数学思维能力及数学思维品质。从而提高数学专业师范生的数学核心素养,尽快胜任和适应中小学数学教育教学工作,扣好职业生涯的第一粒扣子,成为一名合格中小学数学教师。 The primary and secondary school teachers are mainly from the normal students in colleges and universities.The quality of normal major training directly determines the overall level of the teachers in primary and secondary schools.Among them,the core quality training of normal students is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the core quality training of Mathematics major students.Take the current situation of the quality of mathematics teachers in Mianyang Normal University and Luzhou middle school as an example In order to achieve the key mathematical knowledge,the ability of mathematical thinking and the quality of mathematical thinking that the normal students of mathematics major have to complete the practical activities of the society.So as to improve the mathematics core literacy of mathematics professional normal students,as soon as possible competent and adapt to the primary and secondary school mathematics education and teaching work,buckle the first button of their career,and become a qualified primary and secondary school mathematics teacher.
