高等职业院校教学质量评价与质量保障体系建设实证研究

高职教育是我国教育教学体系的重要组成部分,能为国民经济发展提供综合型应用型技术人才。社会经济发展的关键阶段,高职院校教育教学体系应当进行适当的变革和创新,顺应社会经济发展和行业企业的人才需求,构建专业教学中的教学质量评价和教学质量保障体系,通过合理的、有效的教学评价提高教学实效性。文章结合我国高职教育现状,分析了教学质量评价体系和质量保障体系建设的原则、内容等,并提出了教学质量评价和质量保障体系的有效创建路径。

Higher vocational education is an important part of China's education and teaching system,which can provide comprehensive applied technical talents for the development of national economy.In the key stage of social and economic development,the education and teaching system of higher vocational colleges should be reformed and innovated properly,meet the needs of social and economic development and professional enterprises,construct the evaluation of teaching quality and the guarantee system of teaching quality in professional teaching,and improve the teaching effectiveness through reasonable and effective teaching evaluation.Based on the present situation of higher vocational education in China,this paper analyzes the principles and contents of the construction of teaching quality evaluation system and quality assurance system,and puts forward the effective creating path of evaluation of teaching quality and quality assurance system.
